Delivery and Returns

Deliveries can take up to 3 working days to be sent out once purchased. This is because the products we sell are all handmade and put together from our home and only made on demand. We do not bulk make our products as this could end up being wasteful. 
Sometimes items may take slightly longer if a large amount is ordered but you will be notified by email.

If you are in a hurry for something please email before purchase and we will do everything we can to help find a way to get your items to you sooner. (this may have affect on delivery costs) Once your parcel is with Royal Mail you will be notified and sent tracking information. At this stage you’ll be subject to the courier’s terms and conditions.
